Polyester regeneration mainly consists of three technologies, the original one is petroleum - naphtha - PX-PTA-polyester, the physical method is to use waste polyester bottle - cleaning - melting extrusion - polyester regeneration, the chemical method is to use waste textile - depolymerization - regeneration DMT- polymerization - polyester regeneration. The regenerated products of Jiaren currently include following categories: half light, light, full extinction, cationic, antimony free, high&low stick chips, FDY,POY,DTY and other polyester filament, the quality is the same as the original products.
Through the process steps of pretreatment, depolymerization, filtration, separation, transesterification, purification and rectification, the new DMT material with a purity of up to 99.9% can be obtained.
Chemical technology to overcome the separation of blended materials in textile recycling, decolorization and impurity removal problems to ensure the uniformity and stability of recycled products. Chemical method has irreplaceable advantages of high purity and high value utilization. Its unique "small molecule depolymerization-polymerization technology" can convert difficult to recycle polyester into recycled polyester with similar quality to raw materials, which can be widely used in textile, automotive, food, daily chemical and electronic fields.

Jiaren is a chemical recycling, theoretically as long as it contains polyester components can be used, but we also need to consider the economy, the current recycling requirements are more than 80% polyester content. (If the raw material is 50% cotton +50% polyester, the recycled polyester extracted by our company is 49%, and if the raw material is 100% polyester, our company can extract 99% polyester, but the production cost of the two is basically the same).

(The country's annual waste textile about 20 million tons or more, itself around Shaoxing textile distribution center, raw materials are very sufficient).
At present, Jiaren achieves the supply of raw materials through cooperation with government units, brands, public institutions, schools, recycling institutions, including donations from government enterprises and public institutions, collection and supply of waste materials from brand cooperative factories, brand inventory and disposal of defective products.
